Blue Room - 2004
When my friend wanted to paint his room, I made a moderate geometric design. It is based on the path alpha particles can take when being deflected by an atomic nucleus, as discovered by Ernest Rutherford. The design is mirrored on both long walls of the room. We painted it over a couple of weekends, using three shades of blue.
